Participation Location Details

  • Street Parking: Non-permit guest parking is available on the streets neighboring the store on Harper and La Jolla between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00. Please be mindful of posted signage especially in regards to street sweeping days.
    There is garage parking also available for an additional fee near the store as well.

Restrictions

  • Guests with neck, back or joint problems are not permitted to participate in this activity.
  • This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
  • Children of all ages can participate in this activity.
  • For children under 5 years old, the activity provider has both tag-a-long bikes and trailers that attach to an adult bike. Since they are “non-riders” per se, cost for either add-on is $25, not the regular adult published rate.

  • The activity provider does not assume any responsibility for your valuables and/or personal belongings.
  • The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
  • The tour guide has full discretion to refuse service to customers based on attire, behavior, physical fitness and condition.
  • You must have a printed copy of your VELTRA voucher to present upon check-in. You will not be able to participate in this activity if you only have a digital copy on your mobile device.
  • If you are driving on your own, you will be required to pay a parking fee.
